A new name and a bold look to reflect our strong commitment to helping museums make a positive difference in everyone’s lives.
We are thrilled to announce that RK&A is now Kera Collective.
Over the last two years, we galvanized around a refreshed approach and believed this should be reflected by a new name and look. We worked with the talented and inspiring women at Wild Awake Creative to develop the Kera Collective identity so that it reflects who we have come to be and what we see for our future.
Our new name and look are the result of our continuous learning, evolving, and growing in service of helping museums clarify their purpose, make a difference in people’s lives, and contribute to social good.
As we have done for more than 30 years, we will continue to support the museum field through our core services of research, evaluation, and strategy as well as our commitment to sharing what we learn—that will not change.

Kera Collective respects our past while embracing our future.
To continue our strong legacy, Kera purposefully retains all the letters of our previous name—RK&A.
Kera is also a nod to our values. It comes from the ancient word "aukera," which represents possibility. Collective reflects our deep commitment to collaboration.
