Rachel brings three years of experience in visitor research to her position as Assistant Researcher at Kera Collective.

Rachel is driven by her passion to help craft memorable and engaging experiences for visitors that leave a positive impact. This stems from her background in art history and her interest in curation and anthropology. As an Assistant Researcher at Kera Collective, Rachel is eager to support her fellow researchers and help clients identify audience needs.

Rachel holds a Master of Science in Museums & Digital Culture and an Advanced Certificate in User Experience (UX) from Pratt Institute, where she developed an affinity for visitor experience research, and had the opportunity to work on real-impact projects with institutions such as the National Gallery of Art and the Brooklyn Museum. She has also previously interned with Winterthur Museum, Garden, and Library, which set her on the path toward museum work.

When not thinking about museums and data, Rachel enjoys plein-air painting and re-reading fairy tales.

Rachel’s favorite museum is the National Gallery of Art, where she always makes time to see Vermeer’s Girl with the Red Hat
